Shipping policy

At THERAPISPA, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping processes, timelines, and policies.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and weight of the order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- Hazardous materials or restricted items may not be eligible for shipping to certain locations.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@therapispa.us with your order number.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@therapispa.us.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
