At THERAPISPA, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at sales@therapispa.us.
  2. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Send the return to the address provided during the return process.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us at sales@therapispa.us within 48 hours if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal care products.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
